Hassle-Free Returns at Al Jabal

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your item(s) under the following conditions:

🔹 Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

🔹 Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or final-sale items
• Digital goods, gift cards, and downloadable products
• Used personal items (e.g., health & hygiene products)

🔹 Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

🔹 How to Return an Item

2. We will provide instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

🔹 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging.
